The Minister for Foreign Affairs Kristian Jensen officially announced at Børsen’s Germany Conference 2016, which took place on 4 February 2016, that Denmark is to reopen a consulate general in Hamburg. This is part of an extensive “strategy for Germany” developed by the Danish Ministry of for Foreign Affairs.
